RESOLUTION NO. 92-198
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the following improvement:
I.C. 52-273 - Purgatory Creek Wetland Restoration
bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law. Those bids received are shown on
the attached Summary of Bids; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer recommends award of Contract to
WIDMER, INC.
as the lowest responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Eden Prairie City Council as follows:
The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter in a Contract
with Widmer, Inc.. in the name of the City of Eden Prairie in the amount of$45,767.00
in accordance with the plans and specifications thereof approved by the Council and on
file in the office of the City Engineer.
ADOPTED by the Eden Prairie City Council on September 15, 1992.
