RESOLUTION NO. 92-127
A RESOLUTION-APPROVING THE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
CONCEPT OF DORENKEMPER ESTATES
FOR ALEX DORENKEMPER
WHEREAS, the City of Eden Prairie has by virtue of City Code provided for the
Planned Unit'Development (PUD) Concept of certain areas located within the City; and,
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did conduct a public hearing on the
Dorenkemper Estates PUD Concept by Alex Dorenkemper and considered their request for
approval for development (and waivers) and recommended approval of the requests to the City
Council; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council did consider the request on June 16, 1992;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Eden Prairie,
• Minnesota, as follows:
1. Dorenkemper Estates by Alex Dorenkemper, being in Hennepin County;
Minnesota, legally described as outlined in Exhibit A, is attached hereto and
made a part hereof.
'2. That the City Council does grant PUD Concept approval as outlined in the plans
dated May 9, 1992.
3. That the PUD Concept meets the recommendations of the Planning Commission
dated May 11, 1992 and May 26, 1992.
