RESOLUTION NO. 92-111
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELEWNARY PLAT
OF EDEN LAKE TOWNHOMES FOR EDEN LAKE TOWNHOMES PARTNERSHIP
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Eden Prairie City Council as follows:
That the preliminary plat of Eden Lake Townhomes for Eden Lake Townhomes Limited
Partnership dated April 10, 1992, consisting of 13 acres into 41 lots and one outlot, a copy of
which is on file at the City Hall, is found to be in conformance with the provisions of the Eden
Prairie Zoning and Platting ordinances, and amendments thereto, and is herein approved.
