HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution - 91-267 - Designating City Offices as Polling Place - 12/17/1991 CITY OF EDEN PRAIRIE HENNEPIN COUNTY, M04NESOTA RESOLUTION NO. 91-267 WHEREAS, the Governor of the State of Minnesota has issued a writ calling for a special election to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of State Senator Donald Storm, Senate District 42, and providing for a special primary election on December 21, 1991, and a special election on January 4, 1992, for the office, and WHEREAS, not all of the polling places utilized for the preceding general election in the City are readily available for the special primary and special election, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDEN PRAIRIE: 1. The Council hereby designates the City of Eden Prairie's offices located at 7600 Executive Drive, Eden Prairie, Minnesota, as the single polling place where all of the voters of the City, entitled to vote thereat, shall cast their ballots for the special primary and special election.
