The architect'. l)ro,ented a preliminary drawing of the proposed Community
Center. The areh i tt.ct emphasized that this preliminary sketch was not
being recom im.nded but was only a p l aii on cl i no l ly pre•.ented to the city

Bert would seek rt-quired approvals from the respective appropriate govern-
mental units . The architects stated that they had a number of questions

of an agreeable site. There are marry additional questions , but none of

Juhn Lobben remarked that since the Community Center was b-ing constructed

Lyle 5hdw inquired of the School District' s participation in future design-
in('l or plannincl of the Community Cc:r►tek' as it affects the educational pro-
gram of the '-.t.houl District. Wolfgang Penzel stated that the Liaison
CoimO ttee that had been established , would weet at the end of the schematic
design phase and there.1tter as needed , but that they would not be asked to
meet un a stop-by-steh basis . The Mayor also inquired if it would be
appropriate to have another joint meetiml on March 20, to receive the
staff report as rc•flutrsted in the resolution. David Osterholt emphasized
