RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT OF SHORES OF MITCHELL LAKE FOR
MR-USHOT
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Eden Prairie City Council as follows :
That the preliminary plat of Shores of Mitchell Lake for MR-USHOT , dated September
27, 1989 , consisting of 94.8 acres into 175 lots , a copy of which is on file at the
City Hall , is found to be in conformance with the provisions of the Eden Prairie
Zoning and Platting ordinances , and amendments thereto , and is herein approved .
ADOPTED by the Eden Prairie City Council on the 3rd day of October, 1989.
