Home My WebLink AboutResolution - 89-32 - Vacation of Easement for Public Right-of-way Over Parts of Lot 10, Block 1 and Lot 9, Block 2, Purgatory Ridge 89-01 - 02/21/1989 VAC 89-01 CITY OF EDEN PRAIRIE HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO. 89-32 VACATION OF A EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY (TEMPORARY TURN-AROUND) OVER PARTS OF LOT 10, BLOCK 1 AND LOT 9, BLOCK 2, PURGATORY RIDGE WHEREAS , the City of Eden Prairie has certain easements for public right- of-way described as follows : SEE EXHIBIT A WHEREAS , a public hearing was held on February 21 , 1989, after due notice was published and posted as required by law; WHEREAS , it has been determined that the said easements for public right- of-way are not necessary and have no interest to the public , therefore , should be vacated . ( NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Eden Prairie City Council as follows : 1 . Said easements for public right-of-way as above described are hereby vacated . 2 . The City Clerk shall prepare a Notice of Completion of the proceedings in accordance with M.S.A. 412 .851 . ADOPTED by the Eden Prairie City Council on February 21 , 1989. Gary D. Peter n , Mayor ATTEST: SEAL John D. ,F "r.e , Clerk VACATION 89-01 RESOLUTION 89-32 - EXHIBIT A - Easements for public right-of-way purposes as described in Document Number 1595587 recorded in the office of the Registrar of Titles , Hennepin County, Minnesota as follows: An easement for public right-of-way purposes over, under and across the easterly 10.00 feet of the southerly 75 .00 feet of Lot 9, Block 2 , Purgatory Ridge, according to the recorded plat thereof, measured at right angles to the easterly and southerly lines of said Lot 9, respectively. An easement for public right-of-way purposes over, under and across the westerly 10.00 feet of the southerly 75.00 feet of Lot 10 , Block 1 , Purgatory Ridge , according to the recorded plat thereof, measured at right angles to the westerly and southerly lines of said Lot 10, respectively. r Drainage and utility easements as shown on the plat of Purgatory Ridge on file in the office of the Registrar of Titles, Hennepin County, Minnesota are to remain in place as platted .
