SPECIAL COU14CIL MEETING 1 November, 1968
The meeting was called to order at 8:00 P.M. by Arthur W. Miller, Acting Mayor.
PRESENT WERE:
Arthur W. Miller, Acting Mayor

The Village Clerk presented an affidavit showing publication of notice of
hearing on the proposed assessment for storm, sanitary sewer mains, water
mains and blacktop roadway, concrete curb and gutter, Improvement South #1 8
Project (Washington Avenue 1) in the Village Hall on November 1, 1968 which
affidavit was examined, found satisfactory, and ordered placed on file. The
Clerk stated that notice of hearing had also been mailed to affected property
owners as required by law.
The Acting Mayor announced that the meeting was open for the consideration
of objections, if any, to said proposed assessment. All persons present
were then given an opportunity to present oral objections, and all written
a objections theretofore filed with the Clerk were presented and considered,
and all such objections were tabulated as follows:

There were no objections.
O Motion was made by Warren Shultz, seconded by Paul Redpath to adopt Resolution
#245 , adopting the assessment project.

Number 1 (County Road #18 North) in the Village Hall on 1 November, 1968 which
affidavit was examined, found satisfactory, and ordered placed on file. The
Clerk stated that notice of hearing had also been mailed to affected property
owners as required by law.
The Acting Mayor announced that the meeting was open for the consideration of
objections, if any, to said proposed assessment. All persons present were j

hearing on the proposed assessment for sanitary sewer and water mains
Improvement Project 1968-1, Wallace Road in the Village Hall on 1 November
1968, which affidavit was examined, found satisfactory, and ordered placed
on file. The Clerk stated that notice of hearing had also been mailed to
affected property owners as required by law.
The Acting Mayor announced that the meeting was open for the consideration
of objections, if any, to said proposed assessment. All persons present
were then given an opportunity to present oral objections, and all written
objections theretofore filed with the Clerk were presented and considered,
and all such objections were tabulated as follows:

Motion was made by Paul Redpath, seconded by James Brown to adopt Resolution
#247 adopting the Assessment Roll.
The motion carried. "
Motion was made by Paul Redpath, seconded by Warren Shultz to close the hearing
and adjourn the meeting at 8:40 P.M.
