Anderson to approre applic�tl ons for Set-up Licenses for Sears Lyons Lyons Tap, W. J. Sirne Jr., Eden Prairie Golf, K. A. Schaitherger, Dutch 's Resort, for Fiscal Year 66 and authorize Nayor and Clerk to sign. Motion carried. ROAD GRADER Request by the Eden Prairie School District #272 to purchase an old Gallon Road Grader from the Village Table - April 1.3, 1965, It was moved by Arthur Filler and seconded by Alvin Brun to advise the school that the Road Grader is not for sale because the Village is using it. Andersonand seconded by Alvin Bren to instruct the attorney to draw an Ordinance to rezone all that part of Sections 1.0, 11, and 15, To%mship 116 Range 22, Hennepin Caunty,, Yinnesota, lying between State Highway #5 and ne-t-7 Highway #169. Motion carried. G'A VEL PITS It was moved by Kenneth E. Anderson and seconded by Alvin Bren to approve Exhibit A for Herlein Belle and to instruct "-.he Attorney and the Engineer to draft a contract with no unusual provisions grid to set the Bond at 10,O00.O0. Yotion carried. Council Meeting June 15, 1965 SUNSET RIDGE A petition was presented to remove sump area, fix streets and improve drainage. It was moved by Alvin Bren and seconded by Kenneth E. Anderson to receive the petition and place it on the file. Notion carried. ' There was also much discussion on what the Village had done or tried to do and -hat the developer had or had not done. ?F PADON DO`AW Attorney Steward Perry, representing Padon Downs area, reg7xested a pump from the Village. The Village stand had not changed. Mr. Wood was instructed to check into blocking the culvert and the grading of the roads and report on them on June 23, 1965. PLANNING LOAN It was moved by Alvin Bren and seconded by Arthur Miller to adopt a Resolution authorizing the filing of an application with the United States of America for an advance to provide for the planning of Public Works under the terms of Public Law #560 83W Congress of the United States as amended. Motion carried. DIANE KLEIN It was moved by Alvin Bren and seconded by K^nneth E. Anderson to hire Diane Klein as office girl and appoint her Depuby Treasurer for receipt of money at a salary of $260.00 per month. Motion cared. The meeting adjourned at 1:00 A. M. Jame C.
