RESOLUTION NO. 2003-161
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REGISTERED LAND SURVEY
FOR PEMTOM LAND COMPANY
BE IT RESOLVED,by the Eden Prairie City Council as follows:
That the Registered Land Survey for Pemtom Land Company, dated November 5, 2003,
and consisting of 73 acres into 5 tracts, a copy of which is on file at the City Hall, is
found to be in conformance with the provisions of the Eden Prairie Zoning and Platting
ordinances, and amendments thereto, and is herein approved.
ADOPTED by the Eden Prairie City Council on November 18, 2003.
