X. tp Present were Alvin Bren, Chairman, ,Donal!d Rogers and Kenneth Anderson, Supervisors, Arthur Iiil.?er, Treasurer, and several visitors. The meeting was called to order by the chairman Mr. Bren. The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved after the motion wade at the November 12, 1962 meeting be corrected to read as follows when corrected: A motion was duly made and recorded that Jmasmuch as Roland Dewey is in the hospital at the expense of the town. his social security check of $116.00 and disability check of $35.00 be applied on his hospital expenses. Motion carried. Rental of his home was discussed but there are legal matters to be looked up before any actior z= b-e taker.. A motion was duly made and seconded that the clerk contact Grottvall and Mitton, Certified Public Accountants for audit of the torn books for past year up to January 1, 1963. Motion carried. A motion was duly made and seconded that the Town of Eden Prairie ,loin the Minnetonka and Hopkins. Civil Defense District. Motion carried. A motion was duly made and seconded that the Town Board accept the contract of Marcus Jones Co. in regard to road improvement and the clerk and chairman be authorized to sign same. Motion carried. A motion was duly made and seconded that the Town Board accept the road easement of the Suburban Home Realty Co. for a 66 foot rightof way across their property in Starring Addition on County Read #1 and in Section #2f, abstract received, easement recorded in court house. Motion carried. Deed and abstract received from Mr. Kieth on Town property, same has been recorded in Court House. A motion was duly made and seconded that the Clerk and Mrs. Hoingren purchase office equipment not to exceed $250,00. Motion carried. There being no further business the meeting was adjourned. Clerk r
