4. The REGULAR. BOARD MEETING oi` the Town Board w+As held Nov. llth
at 81 oclock P. M. inthe American Legion Hall :
Present Alvin J . Bren Chairman
Kenneth E. Anderson Supervisor

A. W. Miller Treasurer

& others.
The Meeting was called to order by the Chairman Mr. Bren, who
called for the reading of the minutes of last meeting. The Clerk
read the last minutes and they were approved as read, but one correction
was made in reagard to the Relocation where by the Town accepted a
strip of land 66 ft. wide running Northernly from Starring Lane across
the property of the Suburban Home Realty Co in the South -j of Sec. 21
for future Night—a—way for the proposed relocation of the Mitchell
Reaearch Road West of Starring Lane.
After a Civil Defense discussion and another member of Civil
Defense and bir. Carlson. It was decided that when they desuass the
matter with the Neighboring Communities, Minnetonka & Hopkins and
get some figueres on cost and other information the Board will be
glad to take the matter up with them again.
Mr. & Mrs. Beckman, airs. Olson and Mr. Ferry Miller appeared
protesting a small horse barn Mr. Miller has built on his property
However, in as much as the matter was investigated and found to
comply with the Town Code there was nothing the Town Board could do
about the matter.
A MOTION Was duly made and seconded that in as much as Mr.
Roland Dewey is in a Hospital at Town expense his Social Security$116.00
check and a dis b+l.6d week Aor $35.00 be appliQd toward defraing
Hospital Expen. e�h ih ewis home in wiich a young bay is living
� it was proposed tts' h* eoved to grand parents and have the
house re—conditioned and rented, this money to apply on Hospital
Expense.
A MOTION was duly made and seconded that Mr. Albin Kostecka
be granted permission to divide Lots 3 & 2 in Block2 in Golden Ridge
Hills Audition. Motion Carried
A MOTION sss duly made and seconded that AAsessor Whitmer
be authorized to attend a tax Seminor at the University of Minn.
with expense to be paid by the Town. Tax Conanissioner Hatfield in
sponser of the course. Motion carried
