Aug. 27th -1962.
The Town Board met Aug.�7th 19-62. with all members
Carters& Perbix present. The meeting was called for the purpose
of spreding the tax assessments on property in Kings Forest &
Stevens Heights Additions � which would cover the Street Improv-
meat project. There were several comlaints which were discussed
at length and the Board decided to continue the meeti n until the
29th of Aug. 1962.

The Town Board met Aug. 29th 1962. Present all Board members
were presentf and ]fir. kerbix and Mr., Carter. The meeting was
called for the final hearing on assessments for Street Improvement
in Kings Forest and Stevens Heights Additions .
Mr. Albert l icha appeared with his Lawyvr Mr. Harroun �.
and projtested spreading an assessment on all of his property.,?
This matter was postponed for further consideration on Sept. . -1962
On MOTI0N the Chairman Adjd. the meeting requesting the
people having any further complaints to file them with the Boards
so that a final decision can be made on Sept. 4th 1962.

Sept. .ft 1962
The Town Board met Sept 4th 1962 to make the final
adjustments in re-Street assessment in Kings Forest Addition
to Stevens Heights Addition. Present e11 Board members and
the Picha Brothers.
The final adsustments were as follows;
Turnball 5 lots
Ficha 20 lots
Kelley blots
These adjustments were approved by the Board and
acceptable to those present with complaints.
A MOTION wa�}- made and seconded that the Board Adopt
RESOLUTION j4E opting the A.asessments on Kings Forest
and Stevens Heights Additions and the Clerk and Chairman of
the Town Board be authorized to sign same. Carried,
A MOTION was duly made and seconded that the Town Board
adopt a RESOLUTION authorizing the Street Improvement in the
Sterling Field Addition and authorize the Clerk and Chairman
of the Board to sign same.

A NOTION was duly made and seconded that Ray Stodola let
Dahlberg Bros take a Photo-Static copy of Habeggars bill and
take dawn Ford Truck Engine to check nd see it can be
