The Regular Board meeting of the Town of Eden Prairie Twp. ,
Was held at the American Legion Hall June 12th - 1962 at 8 O'clock P.M.
I-resent all Board members, Attorney I?erbixp Eng. Carter and
many visitors :
The meeting was called to orddr by the Chairman Mr. Alvin J.
Bren.
The Clerk read the minutes and financial statement and they
were approved as read.
A motion was made and seconded that the Town Board approve
the re-zoning of the properties owned by Kieth Jamea, Dr. Linner and
W. W. Schultz lying between State Hgy. #5 and the proposed new Hgy.
16P from RESIDENTIAL to INDUSTRIAL.
MOTION CARRIED
A MOTION was made and seconded that the Town Board view the
property of Dr. Linner and W. W. Schultz lying South of the Proposed
State Hgy. #169 and the hearing be continued until the next regular
Meeting to be held July loth - 1962 at the American Legion Hall.
MOTION Carried
Right a way on proposed new Road connecting State Hgy #5 and
Co. Road #1 was tabled indefinitly on accohnt of no intrest by property
owners.
Property owners interested in paving of the Streets in Sterling
Field and Oak Ridge Roads were requested to present petetions to the Town
Board signed by property owners and including lot and block numbers for
consideration by the Board at the July loth meeting.
A MOTION was made and seconded that the matter of Harry Connely
operating a garage in a RESIDENTIAL District be referred to the Zoning
Board for their consideration and recommendation.

A,
A MO`PION was made and seconded that building permits be issued
on Lots 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 in Staring Addition; providing that Mr. Morehouse
furnish the Town Deed for Roads necessary for the lots mentioned.
Motion Carried
A MOTION was made and seconded granting permission to the Mid-
West Power Boat Assn., to hold Boat Racing on Bryant Lake July 21-1962
for 4 bras in the afternoon, pending written information.
Motion Carried
A MOTION Was made and seconded that the Town Board accept the
Reg. Land survey # ram, (6 covering a portion of Gov. Lot #1 Seca 22 -R 22
owned by Mr. Ramus.

{ Supt. Vier Wood spoke highly of the Town Constabless and the
Torn Board passed the following motions
A MOTION was made and seconded that the Town Board wishes to
extend their thanks and appreciation to the CONSTABIES for the good
work they are doing. MOTION Carried

be instructed to repair the Black 'r d Road at the entrance to the School
ro ert . The School Board to take care of the material expense.
