T July 11-1964 y' The AMULAR meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Eden Prairies liinnesota was held July llth-196r at 8 O'clock P.M. in the American Legion Hall. resent Donald Rogers Chsirmant Alvin J. The meeting was called to odder by the Chairman Mr, Rogers and the monthly bills were ok'd and checks drawn for same. Thhe First Nat'l Bank of Hopkins credited our Town account x fort theme ose0 which alains care covered by � bond& and to be used purpose g paving construction in King's Forest Addition known as PRWECT #1. Motion carried A MOTION Was made and seconded that the Town Board adopt Ordinance # 2#. Motion carried A MOTION was made4, nd seconded that Mr. Trutna and Mr. hansing be instructed inspect and teat soil for drainage as well as the proper location of buildings on the lots a before issuing building permits. Moti on carried A MOTION was made and seconded that a percolation test (fir be performed on each lot prior to issuing of a permit. Motion carried A MOTION was made and seconded that Constable Norwan Larson be authorized to equip his car with necessary lights Q and siren. Motion carried M Equalization Day is July 14th 1961 at nine A.M. in Legion Hall. Next meeting for Board meeting will be July 24th-1961. A Motion was made and seconded that the Town Board approve the plat of Undeirstadt known as Coachlight Manor. Motion carri ed A MOTION was made and seconded that the Town approve the plat of Mason & Gardner subject to a Bond in regard completion of Roads in Westgate Addition and the Chairman b and clerk be authorized to sign same.
