A RESOLMION RELATING TO PARTICIPATION IN THE RURAL SIN CCURrY XM...SING DIS"'ZT'.'i
Nre �' introduced the following resolution and moved it's adoption:

WH REASi pursuant to Mlr_nesota Statutes, sections 1. 5.M and l.450-2
provision has been made for a public health nursing dis•cri;.t 3_n that portion of
Hennepin County outsids the City of Minneapol.Lsj art
WHFREAS: ptwsuarrt to such authority such a public hWa th nursing district
has been organized and has been in operation f.^r se vsral years' and

district and to provide it with a.'_oquate fmids foi• its proper cpere.ion.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE it £triJZVM by the governing body of

be included in the public health nursing district of rteral Hennepin Cowity,
organized on January, 4, 1952: that it participate in the benefits the_eo;'; and
that it agrees to support ou an apportiorrnent basis its pro rata share of the cost
of the administration cf such district provided, however, that for the per:;cd
January 1, 1951 through Docertber 31, 1961, this cost shall not exceed $o25 per
ff capita on the basis of the official 1960 Federal Census.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVEID9 that this resolution shall be deemed an agreement
to continue to participate in such nursing district on the bssfs hereinbefore
specified with all other political subdivisions adopting similar resolutions.
