The meeting was called to order by the Chairman ..1-1r. Rogers.
Zhe minutes and financal report were read and approved as read.
A motion was Blade and veconded that the 'tentative Plat of King's
Court be held subject to the platter furnishing an easement for the
Westerly part of the Dahlstrom property, as per letter attached;
Also pubject to platter entering into a contract with the Town as
to Specification dravin by the Town Engineer. ro permits to The
issued on l>ots 2 &3 Block 2 until King's Drive is completed and
meets Town specs. Profile to be furnished on continuing
Canterbury and Kingston Drives.
Motion carried
A motto, s made and seconded that Mr. Carter and the Zoning Board

A notion was :made and seconded that all persons asking for
Re-Zoning of property in the Town of F,den Prairie accompany their
application with a check for $85.00 to cover the expense of the
necessary proceedure.
Motion Carried
The following parties applied to the Clerk for beer licenses
for 19598 Tome tfadland, Inga Larson Svhaidt 'ro Bross Lens, Sehmiidel ,
F. G. Holasek and the American Legion.
A notion was made and seconded that the Clerk be instructed
to issue applications to all those who have appliede

The Town Board met at the American Legion Hall for the
purpose of Reviewing the Books of the Assessor and to flake
any adjustments deemed neoessalry.
The meeting was call 1 ed to order by the Chairman Mr.
Rogers at 9 o'clock A. M. and oontiraed in session until
1 o'clock P. U.
Mr. R.O. Marshall local assessor and Y.r. Johnson from the
County Office were present.
Mr. Chell appeared and was heard
A representative from Woodrick Const. Co. was also heard.
Mr. Che11 's problem is one in re-realestate and was
deferred until next year.
The Goodrich problem is a case of paying taxes on
certain Equipment id two different Townships. Postponed
until more legal, matters are clarified#
The Assessors books were r-ot completed therfor A notion
was made seconded that the meeting be continued until y
:donday the loth day of July 1959. Carried
