f I l Jan. l 3th-1959 The Eden Prairie Town Board met Jan. ' 3th-1959 at 8 0lei ock P M. in the American T.egion Hal 1 . Present Kenneth E. Anderson Chairman, Don Rogers, Al-rin Bren Supervisors the full Zoning board Harlan Perbix Attorney and M4r. Carter Engineer. The meeting was called to order by the Chairman ".'r. Anderson. The minutes and Financial Reports were read and approved as read. A motion was :Wade and seconded that the Town Board hire the Arnold Gronval" Co. to Audit the Town accounts for the year 1958-59. "*otion carried A caotion was made and seconded that the propsed pt atting ordinance dated Dec. l3th 1958 and prepa.rdd by Carter - Kruger and Associates. Inc . , formerly T.indsey - Carter and Associates Inc. , be adopted as the policy of the Town and that the Panning Commission of the Town require Subdividers in submitting future plats to meet the new requirements 40tion carried A motion was trade and seconded that Ur A.W. Strood, County Road 66, Routes 4, 4xoelsior, Minnesota, herein called the "Developer, " Witness that the Developer, in conaldenration of the Town accepting the streets of the King• s Forest and Stevens Heights Additions or sub- divisions, agrees: (1) To furnish all labor, material, and equipment needed for the dis- tribution of a two-inch thi+oknes-v of Gravel for a 26-foot width along the streets of said K I a r oreat and Stevens Heights Additions, or a total of 1001 -cu. yd s . of graved.. Mie ,gravel shall be dunped by crews of the Developer at tboge locations specified by reprose3rs,tatives of the Tarn. (2) To install a transverse culvert across Canterbury Lane at Lot 14 Block 5, if weather conditions between the date of this agreement and June 1, 1959, indicate such culvert is needed. (3) To install a transverse culvert across Kingston give at its intenrsoction with Stratford Street, if weather conditions between the date of this agreement and Junes 1, 1959, indicate such cul- vert is needed. Until delivery of the gravel has been oozWloted, acceptance by the Tosco Board of the streets of said additions shall be oondition&l only, and removal of snow from said streets shall not be a¢ nsidearod as 5 final acceptance by the Town of Edon Prairie of streets of said Kings s Forest and Stevens heights Additions.
