Present all Borad members any a group of visitors. The meeting was called to order by the Chairman ter. "nderson. The minutes of the i ast two meetings were read and approved as ` read. 4 The Treas financial report .for the month was also read and approved as read. A motion was made and secope.ed that the letters of P:"r. Kresse and 'kIr. fiolte in regard to their finishing the Roads in their plats known an Esterhill s and T.incolnwood be accepted and the Clerk instructed to place them on fi? a for future reference. 4!otion carried. A motion was ma:ie and seconded that the emendement covering the re-zoning of a part of ?Zr. Sime 's property be tabled for further investigation until the December 9th meeting. € I.iotion carried :rs. Stread's road problem was discussed and it was finally decided � leave tlae matter in the hands of .,r . Carter, r4r. Miller 'e Ih-. Johnson. The Bertil Johnson road at Riley 's Take to have further investigation. n 'Motion was made seconded and carried that the Clerk be instructed to draw an order for irtr. Wilcox in the sum of w1O00.00 on account of Arcitectural for contemplated Town Hall. -r. Carlbl ooaj displayed two shott up mail boxes and asked that the 'Town chard take some action toward eontroling this kind of malicious destruction. Mr. Carlbloom was advised to have some pictures taken of the mail boxes and inasmuoh as the County owns considerable land and a dump near i:or. Carlbloom's propertyY(, The Clerk was instructed write Co. Comm. Earl Ainsworth a letter together with the pictures to find out if the County won't do something about this situation. A motion was made and seconded that the Malnau Impl . Co. furnish the Town with a new John Deere Crawler tractor within five Days. Motion Carried The clerk was instructed to send 'fir. Simons the Contract covering requirements of Roads in his Platted Addition known as the Eden Prairie � Schooladdition for his signature. There being no further business the meeting adjourned.
