After considerable discussion in re-wweed and stook pile

A motion made by Donald Rogers and seconded by Alvin
Bren that no building permits should be leaned for buildings
In Ssterville Addition until Mr. Krouse cespi#es with all
8den Prairie Town requirements in regard to roads in
Pt atted Addit ions.
Motion Carried 3 yeas -(0)nays
It was decided to have Special meeting Yrov. 25th 1957
at the American T.egion Hall at 8•clook P.M. and :be Clerk
was instructed to prepare Stenciled post cards &;Sating
that the meeting is being called for the purpose of
discussion Planning and Zoning•
A motion was made by Alvin Bran and seconded by Donald roger*
that the Baker - Macousky read condemnation hearing be adjourned
until the next Regular meeting Dec. 10-1957
Motion carried
A motion was made and seconded tbst on account of the
numerous overloading of gravel trucks using Eden Prairie Road
#66 the Road be posted.
Motion carried.

Mr. Donald Rogers introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoptions
#
•Resolution Relating to Participating in Rural Hennepin
County Nursing District* .
Whereas, Pursuant to Minnesota Ssatutes. Section 145.08
and 145.12 provision has been made for a Pub1lo Health Nursing
District in that portion of hennepin County outside the City of Minneapolis
and
Whareass Pursuant to such authority such a Public Nursing has
been organised and has been in operation for several years, and
Whereas, it is deemed necessary to continue the operation of
such Nursing District and to provide it with adequateffor its '(funds)
proper operation.

Town of HDZN PRAIRIN that this poittloat Subdivision continue 1
to be included in the Publis Health Nursing District of Rural
Hennepin County organised January 4th 19521 that it participate in the
Benifits thereof;and that it agrees to support on an apportionment basis
its pro raft share of the soots of the administration of such �
district provided, however, that for the period January 1st 1958
to December Mat 1960, this cost shall not exceed in any one, F
gear S.47 per capita on the basis of the official, 11950 Census.

agreement to continue to partlolpate in such nursing district on
the basis herein before speoifled with all othe Political Sub-
divisions adoptiog similar Resolutions.
