A special meeting was called by the Cbairman of the Board

Present- All members of both the Zoning Board and the Town

They were advised that at present #18 was designated as residential
but that a complete report could not be given at present, in as

length but no definote action was taken pending legal advice.
The Town Board investigated washout on Men View addition

Holasek roads for oontemplated work and reconstruction.
A motion was made seconded and carried th&t the Town Board spent
up to $500.00 on the Vavra- Horl asek or an equal amount with Mrs. Streade
in as =nab as Mrs. Stroad wanted to get a place to dispose of extra

The Town Board decided to adopt a specific State or rhA
wilding code.
The Zoning Board was instructed to thoroughly investigate
the building Mrs T.owis proposes to move into the Town and if
building is found to be acceptable have Mrs. Lowis tarnish a

The clerk was instructed to cease issuing permints to Lund
Builders Ina until the washout dispute is settled.
The Clark was Instructed to notift Dre Wright of complaints
