The regular Board meeting of the Town of Eden Prairie
waa.. held at the American Legion Hall July 10-1956
at 89oclock Pad . Present Kenneth Anderson Chairman
Don Rogers Supervisor, Alvin Bren Supervisor, also
all Zoning Board members and our Attorney Mr. Perbix.
There were several visitors Sam Glenn, John Bren,
Mr. Dalst ropy and others .
The minutes of the last Board meeting were read and
approved as read after the Chairman Mr. Kenneth Anderson
had called the meeting to order.
On motion the monthly bills were audited orders
were drawn for same and turned over to the Treasurer
for payment Motion carried
The clerk was instructed to contact Mr. Clarence s
Janke in regard to the removal or distruction of a r
small building on his property . Mr. Janke to confer
with Mr. Waldorsky 's attorney
Mr. Anderson and Clark were appointed as a c omm-
f itte to contact the County Board to ask for some

very favorable and complemented the Board for the
work they have done and the fine equipment they have
on hand . The request was granted in the sum of

A motion was made and eeconed that the Dalstrom 1/
road proolem be reffered to the planing commission
for their recommendation and investigation . Motion Carrii
A motion was made and seconded that the Zoning Board
make periodical inspection trips in regard buildings d
and trailers in the Town . Carried a
A motion was made seconded instructing our
attorney to draft a license covering the Drive in theatre
I ` for the remainder of the season . Carried

AdoAph Poposki $2 .00 per meeting for custodian services
