HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution - 2004-136 - Best Buy Retail Store - PUD Concept - 09/21/2004 BEST BUY RETAIL STORE CITY OF EDEN PRAIRIE HENNEPIN COUNTY,MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO. 2004-136 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT CONCEPT OF BEST BUY RETAIL STORE FOR BEST BUY WHEREAS,the City of Eden Prairie has by virtue of City Code provided for the Planned Unit Development(PUD) Concept of certain areas located within the City; and WHEREAS, the Community Planning Board did conduct a public hearing on September 13, 2004, on Best Buy Retail Store by Best Buy and considered their request for approval of the PUD Concept plan and recommended approval of the request to the City Council; and WHEREAS,the City Council did consider the request on September 21, 2004. NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Eden Prairie, Minnesota, as follows: 1. Best Buy Retail Store,being in Hennepin County,Minnesota, legally described as outlined in Exhibit A, is attached hereto and made a part hereof. 2. That the City Council does grant PUD Concept approval as outlined in the plans stamp dated September 21,2004. 3. That the PUD Concept meets the recommendations of the Community Planning Board September 13, 2004.
