RESOLUTION NO. 2004-131
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
CONCEPT OF HILLTOP TOWN OFFICES
FOR ARIMA,LLC
WHEREAS,the City of Eden Prairie has by virtue of City Code provided for the Planned
Unit Development(PUD) Concept of certain areas located within the City; and
WHEREAS, the Community Planning Board did conduct public hearings on July 12,
2004 and August 9, 2004, on Hilltop Town Offices by Arima,LLC and considered their request
for approval of the PUD Concept plan and recommended approval of the request to the City
Council; and
WHEREAS,the City Council did consider the request on September 7, 2004.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Eden Prairie,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. Hilltop Town Offices,being in Hennepin County,Minnesota, legally described as
outlined in Exhibit A, is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
2. That the City Council does grant PUD Concept approval as outlined in the plans
stamp dated August 27, 2004.
3. That the PUD Concept meets the recommendations of the Community Planning
Board dated July 12, 2004 and August 9,2004.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Eden Prairie this 7th day of September,
2004.

PUD Concept-Hilltop Town Offices
Legal Description:
Parcel 1: Certificate of Title No. 81034711
That part of Lot 2, Block 1, WILSON RIDGE 3rd ADDITION, lying westerly of the following
described line and its southerly extension:
Beginning at the northeast corner of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter of
Section 12; Township 116,Range 22; thence South along the east line thereof, a
distance of 808.5 feet; thence southwesterly to a point in the center line of Valley
View Road, as shown in the plat of WILSON RIDGE, distant 15.5 feet Westerly
as measured along said center line from the east line of said West Half of the
Southwest Quarter, and said line there terminating, and situate in Hennepin
County,Minnesota.
Parcel 2: Abstract Property
That part of Lot 2, Block 1, WILSON RIDGE 3rd ADDITION, except that part of said lot lying
westerly of the following described line and its southerly extension:
