NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED bythe City Council of Eden Prairie,Minnesota, as follows: 1. BFI Addition,being in Hennepin County,Minnesota,legally described as outlined in Exhibit A, is attached hereto and made a part hereof. 2. That the City Council does grant PUD Concept approval as outlined in the plans dated October 24,2001. 3.
