RESOLUTION NO. 2001-144
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELEVHNARY PLAT
OF THE PINES I FOR THE PINES I,LLC
BE IT RESOLVED,by the Eden Prairie City Council as follows:
That the preliminary plat of The Pines I for The Pines I,LLC,dated July 20,2001 and consisting of
5.17 acres into 28 lots, a copy of which is on file at the City Hall,is found to be in conformance with
the provisions of the Eden Prairie Zoning and Platting ordinances, and amendments thereto,and is
herein approved.
ADOPTED by the Eden Prairie City Council on the 18th day of September,2001.
