RESOLUTION NO.2001-120
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
CONCEPT AMENDMENT OF RIDGEVIEW TECH BUILDING
FOR MOUNT PROPERTIES,INC
WHEREAS,the City of Eden Prairie has by virtue of City Code provided for the Planned
Unit Development(PUD) Concept of certain areas located within the City, and
WHEREAS, the Community Planning Board did conduct a public hearing on Ridgeview
Tech Building PUD Concept Amendment by Mount Properties,Inc.,and considered their request for
approval for development (and waivers) and recommended approval of the requests to the City
Council; and
WHEREAS,the City Council did consider the request on August 7, 2001.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED bythe City Council of Eden Prairie,Minnesota,
as follows:
1. Ridgeview Tech Building,being in Hennepin County,Minnesota,legally described
as outlined in Exhibit A,is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
2. That the City Council does grant PUD Concept Amendment approval as outlined in
the plans dated July 18, 2001.
3. That the PUD Concept Amendment meets the recommendations of the Community
Planning Board dated June 25,2001.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Eden Prairie this 7th day of August,2001.
