RESOLUTION NO.2001-101
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
CONCEPT OF THE HERITAGE
FOR CARLSTON,INC.
WHEREAS,the City of Eden Prairie has by virtue of City Code provided for the Planned
Unit Development(PUD) Concept of certain areas located within the City; and
WHEREAS,the Community Planning Board did conduct a public hearing on The Heritage
PUD Concept by Carlston, Inc., and considered their request for approval for development(and
waivers) and recommended approval of the requests to the City Council; and
WHEREAS,the City Council did consider the request on June 5,2001.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED bythe City Council ofEden Prairie,Minnesota,
as follows:
1. The Heritage,being in Hennepin County,Minnesota,legally described as outlined in
Exhibit A,is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
2. That the City Council does grant PUD Concept approval as outlined in the plans
dated May 25,2001.
3. That the PUD Concept meets the recommendations of the Community Planning
Board dated May 14, 2001.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Eden Prairie 5th day of Jun 001.
