Commencing at the most westerly corner of said Lot 1 ; thence South 22 degrees 26 minutes
26 seconds East, assumed basis for bearings , along the westerly line of said lot, 63. 28
feet, to the point of beginning; thence South 71 degrees 09 minutes 30 seconds East,
31 . 64 feet; thence South 26 degrees 14 minutes 10 seconds East , 77 . 62 feet; thence South
20 degrees 33 minutes 10 seconds East 145. 93 feet; thence southerly 61 . 19 feet along a
tangential curve , concave to the west, radius 158. 27 feet, central angle 22 degrees
09 minutes 10 seconds; thence southwesterly 18. 40 feet along a compound curve, concave to
the west, radius 48. 49 feet, central angle 21 degrees 44 minutes 23 seconds , to the westerly
line of said Lot 1 ; thence North 22 degrees 26 minutes 26 seconds West , 318. 44 feet, to the
point of beginning.
