I hereby certify that in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 508, Minnesota Statutes of 1949,
as amended, I have surveyed the following described tract of land in the County of Hennepin and
State of Minnesota to wit:
That part of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 and part of the West 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4
all being in Section 10, Township 116, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota described as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of said Southeast 1/4 of Southwest 1/4; thence N 86°40'14" W,
along the south line of said Southeast 1/4 of Southwest 1/4, said bearing is assumed, 1314.94 feet
to the southwest corner of said Southeast 1/4 of Southwest 1/4; thence N 2°56'04" E, along the
west line of said Southeast 1/4 of Southwest 1/4, 1235.03 feet to its intersection with the southerly
line of the plat of Edenvale 4th Addition; thence S 86°46'07" E, along the southerly line of said
4th Addition, 862.14 feet; thence N 30°11'53" E, along the southeasterly line of said 4th Addition,
50.00 feet; thence easterly, along a nontangential curve concave to the North, having a radius of
639.78 feet, chord bearing of S 73°17'07" E, a distance of 301.12 feet; thence S 86°46'07" E a i
distance of 240.00 feet; thence on a tangential curve to the left, having a radius of 929.66 feet,
a distance of 393.99 feet; thence N 68°56'57" E a distance of 488.04 feet; thence on a tangential
curve to the right, having a radius of 945.21 feet, a distance of 394.19 feet to the east line
• of the said West 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4; thence S 2°50'37" W, along the said east line, 1229.14
feet to its intersection with the northerly right of way line of State Trunk Highway No. 5 E 169,Doc.
No.937109; thence southwesterly, along said right of way line, to its intersection with the south
line of said West 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4; thence westerly, along said south line, to the point
of beginning and that part of the West 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 15, Township 116,
Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying northwesterly of a line drawn from a point on the
I west line of said Northeast 1/4, 114.53 feet South of the northwest corner thereof to a point on
the north line of said Northeast 1/4, 308.32 feet East of the northwest corner thereof.
