I hereby certify that in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 508, Minnesota Statutcsof 1949
as amended, I have surveyed the following described property situated in the County of Hennepin,
State of Minnesota, to wits
That part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 3, Township 116, Range 22, described as oommenoing at
the Southwest corner of said Northwest Quarter; thence North along the West line of said Northwest
Quarter 488.112 feet; thence deflecting to the right 28 degrees 21 minutes 30 seconds a distance of
1153.5 feet to the aotual point of beginning; thence oontinuing along said last desoribed line
1604.99 feet, more or less, to its intersection with the North line of said Northwest Quarters thence
West along said North line a distance of 246.89 feet to a point hereinafter referred to ae point "A";
thence deflecting to the left 111 degrees 40 minutes 10 seconds a distance of 1238.87 feet; thence

deflecting to the left 90 degrees a distance of 15 feet; thence defleoting to the right 90 degrees
a distance of 193.72 feet, more or lees, to the West line of said Northwest Quarter to a point here-
inafter indicated as point "B"; thence South along said West line to a point thereon distant 785.23
feet North of the Southwest corner of said Northwest Quarter; thence deflecting to the left 136
degrees 14 minutes 30 seconds, a distance of 150.24 feet; thence on a curve to the left, having a
radius of 2814.79 feet and a delta angle of 15 degrees 24 minutes, a distance of 756.57 feet to the
actual point of beginning, the lines extending between points "A" and "B" being the right-of-way
line of the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad Company.
That the survey shown hereon is a correct delineation of said survey.
