NV I hereby certify that in accordance with the provisions of Chapter
508 Minnesota Statutes of 1949, as amended,I have surveyed the
• II following described tract of land in the State of Minnesota,County
of Hennepin,to wit:That part of the NW+ of Section 35,Township ll6,
Range 22,described as follows:
Beginning at the Judicial Monument on the East line of said NW;
which is 1379 feet South of the Northeast corner thereof;thence
North along said East line 409.15 feet;thence West at right angles
266 feet;thence South at right angles 402.18 feet;thence Southeasterly
266.09 feet to the point of beginning.
That the survey shown hereon is a correct representation of said
survey.
