I hereby certify that in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 508, Minnesota
Statutes of 1349 as amended,I have surveyed the following described tracts of land in the
County of Hennepin end State of Minnesota to-wit:Mot part.of Governrnen-h Lot Two
I (a ), of Section 16,Township 116,Range 22 described as follows:Commencing at a point on
the East line of said Government Lot Two ( 2 ), a distance of 473.85 feet South from
the Northeast corner thereof, thence Southwesterly deflecting to the right 87=24•a distance
of 30.03 feet more or less to the West line of Scenic Heights,according to the plot thereof on file
and of Record in the Office of the Register of Deeds,Hennepin County,Minnesota,which point is
the actual point of beginning of tract to be described,thence continuing Southwesterly dlong said lost
described line a distance of 170 feet,thence on a tangential curve to the left the radius of which
is 606.6 feet a distance of 39.32 feet,thence Southwesterly tangent to said lost mentioned curve
a distance of 133.85 feet,thence deflecting to the right l01`-37'o distance of /65 feel more or
less to the center line of Town Rood(formerly known as State Highway No.S),thence North-
easterly along the center line ofsaid Town Road to most Westerly corner of said Scenic Heights,
thence Southeasterly and Southerly along the Westerly line of said Scenic Heights to the point of
. beginning.That the survey shown on this plat is a correct deli cation
