172.00 feet; thence South 84 degrees, 41 minutes, 03 seconds West, a distance of 34.00 feet; thence North 82 degrees, 12 minutes, 31 seconds
West, a distance of 192.50 feet; thence North 79 degrees, 10 minutes, 09 seconds West, a distance of 351.97 feet to the West line of said
Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; thence North 1 degree, 51 minutes, 37 seconds West along said West line of the Northwest Quarter
if the Northeast Quarter, a distance of 442.51 feet to the point of beginning.
Have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as ST. JOHN'S WOOD and do hereby donate and dedicate to the public for public use forever the road and drive, and also subject to a
utility easement over Outlot A and Outlot B.
