described property situated in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota to wit:
The South Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 36, Township 116 North, Range 22 West of the 5th Principal
Meridian, all according to the United States Government Survey thereof, EXCEPT all that part of the Southeast Quarter
