KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That New Testament Church, a Minnesota corporation, fee owner of the following described property situated in the County of Hennepin,
CHURCH ADDITION State of Minnesota to wit:
That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 10 and of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 11, all in Township 116, Range 22 described
as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 10; thence West along the South line of the Southeast Quarter of
the Northeast Quarter of said Section 10, a distance of 290.5 feet; thence North parallel with the East line of said Section 10 to the Southerly line of County Road No. 66 as now laid
out and traveled; thence in a general Southerly direction along the Southerly line of said County Road No. 66 to the intersection of the East line of the West 110 feet of the
Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 11; thence South along last mentioned line to the South line of said Southwest Quarter of Northwest Quarter of Section 11;
thence West along the South line of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 11 to the point of beginning; and
That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 10 in Township 116, Range 22 described as follows: Beginning at a point in the South line of said
Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter 290.5 feet West of the Southeast corner thereof, thence West along the South line of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter
of said Section 10 a distance of 210 feet; thence North parallel with the East line of said Section 10 to the Southerly line of County Road No. 66 as now laid out and traveled;
thence in a general Southerly direction along the Southerly line of said County Road No. 66 to its intersection with a line drawn from the point of beginning parallel with the East
line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; thence South to the point of beginning.

drainage and utility easements as shown on this plat.
