seconds West a distance of 246. 20 feet along the East line of Tracts D and A of said Registered Land Survey No. 1043 to the Northeast
corner of said Tract A; thence North 89 degrees 26 minutes 38 seconds West, along the North line of said Tract A, a distance of 554.30
feet to the West line of the East Three Quarters of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; thence North 4 degrees 09 minutes
52 seconds West along said West line of the East Three Quarters of the ;Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, a distance of 18.54
feet to the Southerly right-of-way line of U.S. Highway No. 1690 thence Northeasterly along said right-of-way line a distance of 233.71
feet along a non-tangential curve concave to the Southeast having a radius of 1834.85 feet and central angle of 7 degrees 17 minutes
52 seconds to the North line of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, thence South 89 degrees 26 minutes 38 seconds East
along the North line of said Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter to the point of beginning.
