KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Centex Homes Corporation, a Nevada corporation, owner and proprietor of the following described property situated in the State of Minnesota and County of
Hennepin to wit:
Lots 45 through 51, inclusive, Block 1, RIDGEWOOD WEST, according to the recorded plat thereof.
Lots 6 through 12, inclusive, Block 3, RIDGEWOOD WEST, according to the recorded plat thereof.
