SURVEYORS KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Centex Homes Midwest, Inc. , a Nevada corporation, owner and proprietor of the following described property situated in the State of Minnesota and County of Hennepin to wit: Lots 19 thorugh 47, inclusive, Block 5, RIDGEWOOD WEST. Lots 1 through 17, inclusive, Black 6, RIDGEWOOD WEST.
