Know all men by these presents, that Wallace H. Hustad and Ruth K. Hustad, husband and wife, fee owners, and Winifred C. Wheaton
and Norwest Bank Midland, N .A. , a United States of America corporation, co-personal representatives of the estate of Thomas E.
Wheaton, deceased, mortgagees, and Eden Prairie Land Company II , a Minnesota General Partnership, purchaser under contract of the
following described property situated in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota to wit:
r ; That part of Outlot B, Bryant Lake Center according to the recorded plat thereof, lying Northeasterly of a line described as
follows; Commencing at the most Northeasterly corner of said Outlot B; thence on an assumed bearing of South 38 degrees 25
minutes 08 seconds West, along a Southeasterly line of said Outlot B, a distance of 151 .00 feet to the point of beginning of
the line to be described; thence North 51 degrees 34 minutes 52 seconds West a distance of 214 .02 feet to the Easterly right
of way line of Market Place Drive, as dedicated in Bryant Lake Center , and there terminating . The West boundary of said plat
is marked by Judicial Landmarks set pursuant to Torrens Case No. 16745 .
Have caused the, same to be surveyed and platted as BRYANT LAKE BUSINESS CENTER, and do hereby donate and dedicate to the public,
for public use forever the drainage and utility easements as shown on the plat.
