Know all men by these presents: That Harold F. Griffiths and Betty J. Griffiths, husband and wife, fee owners, and CountrySide
Investments, Inc. a Minnesota corporation, purchaser under contract, of the following described property situated in the County
of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, to wit:

Beginning at a point on the South line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter a distance of 1133.14 feet East
of the Southwest corner thereof; thence North at right angles with said South line a distance of 12.00 feet; thence West,
parallel with said South line, a distance of 315.95 feet; thence deflecting 59 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds to the right a
distance of 45.8 feet, more or less, to the southeasterly right of way line of County Road No. 60; thence southwesterly
along said right of way line to the South line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 3; thence East
along said South line to the point of beginning.

corporation, fee owner of the following described property situated in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota
to wit:
That part of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 3, lying North of a line drawn parallel to and 666.53 feet
South of the North line thereof, except that part lying northerly and westerly of County Road No . 65 , also known as County
Road No . 60, and except that part described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 3; thence West, along the
North line of said Northwest Quarter, a distance of 165 feet; thence Southeasterly to a point in the East line of said
Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter distant 165 feet South from the point of beginning; thence North 165 feet to the
point of beginning .
Which lies northerly of the following described line:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter; thence on an assumed bearing of
South 89 degrees 31 minutes 52 seconds West, along the North line thereof, a distance of 503.77 feet to the point of
beginning of the line to be described; thence South 52 degrees 31 minutes 12 seconds East a distance of 160.12 feet; thence
North 45 degrees 37 minutes 41 seconds East a distance of 142.00 feet, more or less, to said North line of the Northwest
Quarter of the Southeast Quarter and said line there terminating .
