Know all men by these presents, that Northwest Properties Corporation, a Minnesota Corporation, owner and proprietor, and
Richfield Bank and Trust Co., a Minnesota Corporation, mortgagees of the following described property situated in the County of
Hennepin, State of Minnesota to wit:
That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 7, Township 116, Range 22 lying South of the
Southeasterly right-of-way line of the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad Company.
