KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Eden Land Corporation, a Minnesota corporation, owner and proprietor of the
�� ADDITION following described property situate in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota towit : Lots 2 and 3, Block 2
and Outlots A and B, Edenvale Industrial Park; has caused the same to be surveyed and platted as EDENVALE INDUSTRIAL
2PARK 2ND ADDITION and does hereby donate and dedicate to the public for public use forever the Road and drainage
and utility easements as shown on this plat. In witness whereof said Eden Land Corporation has caused these pre-
sents to be signed by its proper officers and its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed this day of
