office of the Registrar of Titles in and for Hennepin County, Minnesota.

follows : Commencing at a point in the west line of the east half of the Northeast Quarter of said Section

said section a distance of 595.8 feet, more or less , to a point 699 feet west of the east line of said
Section 10 measured along a line parallel with the south line of the Northeast Quarter of said section,

beginning .
