HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution - 2021-100 - Amending the Comprehensive Plan based on The Ellie - 12/07/2021CITY OF EDEN PRAIRIE HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO. 2021-100 A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE MUNICIPAL PLAN WHEREAS, the City of Eden Prairie has prepared and adopted the Comprehensive Municipal Plan ("Plan"); and WHEREAS, the Plan has been approved by the Metropolitan Council and was placed into effect on October 1, 2019; and WHEREAS, the proposal of The Ellie, by United Properties is for a Comprehensive Guide Plan Change from Low Density Residential and Industrial Flex- Tech to Medium High Density Residential on 6.4 acres, as legally described on Exhibit A. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Eden Prairie, Minnesota, hereby adopts the amendment of the Plan based on plans stamped dated December 1, 2021 and the staff report dated December 7, 2021 and subject to Metropolitan Council approval.
