RESOLUTION NO. 2021-58
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
CONCEPT OF CROSSTOWN CORE INDUSTRIAL CENTER
FOR SAMBATEK, INC. AND HEMPEL REAL ESTATE
WHEREAS, the City of Eden Prairie has by virtue of City Code provided for the Planned
Unit Development (PUD) Concept of certain areas located within the City; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did conduct a public hearing on June 14, 2021,
on Crosstown Core Industrial Center by Samatek, Inc. and Hempel Real Estate and considered
their request for approval of the PUD Concept Plan and recommended approval of the request to
the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council did consider the request on July 13, 2021.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Eden Prairie,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. Crosstown Core Industrial Center, being in Hennepin County, Minnesota, legally
described as outlined in Exhibit A, is attached hereto and made a part hereof
("Property").
2. That the City Council does grant PUD Concept approval as outlined in the plans
stamp dated July 1, 2021.
3. That the PUD Concept meets the recommendations of the Planning Commission
dated June 14, 2021.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Eden Prairie this 13th day of July, 2021.
