HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution - 2021-34 - Nobel Hill PUD Concept Review - 05/04/2021CITY OF EDEN PRAIRIE HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO. 2021-34 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT CONCEPT OF NOBLE HILL FOR PULTE HOMES WHEREAS, the City of Eden Prairie has by virtue of City Code provided for the Planned Unit Development (PUD) Concept of certain areas located within the City; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did conduct a public hearing on March 22, 2021, on Noble Hill by Pulte Homes and considered their request for approval of the PUD Concept Plan and recommended approval of the request to the City Council; and WHEREAS, the City Council did consider the request on May 4, 2021. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Eden Prairie, Minnesota, as follows: 1. Noble Hill, being in Hennepin County, Minnesota, legally described as outlined in Exhibit A, is attached hereto and made a part hereof ("Property"). 2. That the City Council does grant PUD Concept approval as outlined in the plans stamp dated April 27, 2021 subject to approval of the 2nd reading of the Ordinance for the Planned Development District Review with waivers and a Zoning District change and approval of the Development Agreement. 3. That the PUD Concept meets the recommendations of the Planning Commission dated March 22, 2021.
