RESOLUTION NO. 2019-73
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT
OF CASTLE RIDGE REDEVELOPMENT FOR SENIOR HOUSING PARTNERS
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Eden Prairie City Council as follows:
That the preliminary plat of Castle Ridge for Senior Housing Partners stamp dated June 4, 2019,
and consisting of 19. 7 5 acres into one lot and three outlots, a copy of which is on file at the City
Hall, is found to be in conformance with the provisions of the Eden Prairie Zoning and Platting
ordinances, and amendments thereto, and is herein approved subject to approval of the 2nd
reading of the Ordinance for the Planned Development District Review with waivers and a
Zoning District change and approval of the Development Agreement.
ADOPTED by the Eden Prairie City Council on the l 81h day of June, 2019.
